Learn the fundamentals of gin and the botanicals found in 'old world & new world' gins. Awakening your senses with four gins that can be explored by circumnavigating the botanical wheel & find out what delights your palate!
Our 'spirit' guide will offer an introduction to gin botanicals, flavor profiling, infusions, the power of garnishes, the bitter truth about bitters and specialty tonics.

Our most popular tasting! Fun and perfect for any occasion. Using primarily fruit inspired gins to create four fantastic French 75 cocktails.
Each cocktail will be supported by organicly paired simple syrups & garnishes, then topped with locally crafted prosecco to create a delightful and fabulous experience.
Garden Gin Party
$75-85 pp
Afternoon gin in the garden. Served in delicate china tea cups, this elegant cocktail experience is always a summer favourite.
Enjoy an afternoon filled with 'ginspiration'. Offering four variations of the sophisticated and traditional Tom Collins cocktail, with gin & sparkling lemonade drink.
